Q: Do you have any of the lawn art in inventory?
A:
We have a limited supply of pieces in our showcase for those visiting our business. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery
of any ordered items.
Q: Is there any way to see your lawn art?
A: Of course there is our website.
We also have our catalogue on CD-ROM available upon request. However, if you are every in the South-Central Texas area, stop
by and visit our showcase. We are located halfway between San Antonio and Houston, just a few miles from I-10 in the small,
friendly town of Moulton, Texas. Please call and we will gladly give you directions.
Q: When can I expect delivery?
A:
We ask that you allow up to 4 weeks. However, we strive to fill orders within 2 weeks. The process begins with receipt
of your order and is finalized with George's infamous like-like hand-painted detailing.
Q: What sort of material
will I need to place the piece in my yard?
A: We send your lawn art complete and ready to place in your yard. You
will only need to insert the enclosed metal rod into the ground and slide the attached pipe over it.
Q: Is your lawn
art weather-resistant?
A: Our 20 years of experience shows our art lasts for years and years. As with any wood product,
less exposure to the elements will increase its longevity. When not in use, try to store the art in a dry place preferably standing
straight up or lying flat (don't lean). This prevents warping from season to season.
Q: Where can I find the
C9 lights for the lighted Christmas yard art?
A: Most major retailers carry the C9 lights in their Christmas lighting department.
Q:
Can the lawn art be personalized with names, etc?
A: Yes, but only certain pieces as noted by the picture. We use
vinly lettering for personalizing as it saves time, lasts just as long as paint, and is easier to change in the future, if necessary.
Q:
Are the designs painted on both sides?
A: No, the back side and edges are usually painted black.
Q: Do you make
custom lawn art?
A: You may call and discuss this with George. We make no promises that we can accommodaet your request.
However, feel free to ask.
Q: Why do some pieces have "2pc construction" next to them?
A: George makes
every effort to keep your cost as low as possible. Larger sizes are constructed as two pieces to cut down on shipping costs.
Q:
Do you have any religious holiday items?
A: Certainly, George feels it is important not to lose sight of the real meaning
of many of our holidays. We have several religious items.
Q: Do you create Disney, Warner
Brothers, or other well-known characters?
A: Because of copyright laws, we do not attempt to replicate these well-known
characters.
Q: Do you accommodate all ethnic groups in your facial painting?
A: George will attempt
to accommodate diverse ethnic groups. As it would be impossible to individualize each order, your choices are flesh-tone (Caucasian),
dark brown-black (African American), or lighter brown (Hispanic or Latin).
Q: Where can I find the C9
lights for the lighted yard art?
A: The sets of C9 lights are available at most retail stores selling Christmas lights,
decorations, etc.
